Dreams & Visits

I was with a friend, and we were riding on a rollercoaster type ride that was more like a train. It led us through caverns, a building, and rooms. Suddenly there was a sharp turn and both of us were thrown from the cart into one room. The room was full of gypsies, and the room turned into the outdoors, with a huge bonfire. We joined in the dancing and singing and tamborine-playing...We looked up into the sky to see the full moon shining down upon us all. I was happy and healthy and the smell of the bonfire was very strong.

My latest "visitor" is a soldier from ? the Civil War? His name is John Mc_______ (something), and he has reddish hair with huge sideburns and a mustache. He wears a blue uniform with gold buttons, and he smokes cigars and a pipe on occasion. He always paces and talks about his daughter, about her engagement. He's very anxious...I believe that he was stabbed; that's how he died. He missed his daughter's wedding, and he is not at peace. He wouldn't walk into the light, but I will try again soon. Probably, he wants to tell more of his story first? I've seen him three times now. He's a good man, with good energy, but he is unable to relax...I don't think he "knows" that he is dead?

The little girl has visited a few times, up until the other day. Her name is Dana, she's a sweet girl about 12 years old, and she died around 1840. We talked for a while, and then I asked her if she was ready to go now? To go see her father (who she kept talking about missing so much!) After a few moments, her father called her name from the light, and I held her hand as she walked into the tunnel. Before she left I gave her one of my crystals and told her to hold it and think of me if she ever wants to say "Hello." She is gone now, and finally at peace, and with her loved ones. I am so happy that she is reunited with her family now, where she needs to be.

The Truth

The Truth lies within you

It is without you or with you

You'd best hold its hand

Make a plan and stand

For it.

Up and Out

White clouds, blue skies ease minds at times

Like these, staring up and out, vastness

Surrounds soft sounds of birds, a breeze, as

Sharp rays of gold pierce through clouds,

Through trees, bleaching blades of grass,

Green like spring, finally reaching upwards,

Outwards, ready to grow grow grow, glad

That snow is finally gone.

Spirit Guides

Let me guide you, they said,

In my head,

Above my skull,

Outside of me -

They talk; I listen.

They walk; I follow.

I walk; they follow,

Protective and true.

Finally,

I knew.

We dream truths,

Emotions - our

Minds, crossing a realm to

Knowingness. In a time span

We exist from nothingness,

Visits and visions

Are reality -

Within, without.

Padma & Moksha

I was rereading some of my older dream journals and came across the first time I had the dream as a young Eastern Indian girl...In this dream, where I was a young girl being chased by young boys, someone was whispering "Padma...Moksha" into my ear. At the time, I had no idea what they meant, but I soon learned and understood.

Padma, in a nutshell, is or has to do with the lotus flower. The lotus flower is a symbol of spiritual development and the chakras; it grows out of mud and rises to perfect purity and is a representation of spiritual growth. The mud is the material/earthly life; the water is the astral world; the opening flower (to the sky) is the exalted spiritual being. It is from the Greek word lotos and has been held sacred to Hindus, Egyptians, Buddhists, China, Japan, and was more recently adopted as a Christian emblem. Within the lotus seed contains a perfect miniature of the future plant.

Moksha is, in Hinduism and Jainism, the liberation from the cycle of birth and death; the soul's release from the transmigration (reincarnation); the highest and final purpose of life. (It is comparable to Buddhist Nirvana). It is not "perfect karma," but the annihilation of all karma. It is ultimate PEACE, KNOWLEDGE, and ENLIGHTENMENT.

[The cycle of birth and death...Rings a bell, as I mentioned in another entry: My name (Renee') means "rebirth."]

When I was a young teenager, I began writing about philosophical and theological ideas, etc, etc (I've been writing since I was seven years old, and have kept a journal for that long). Before I had even begun researching different belief systems, I wrote this in my diary (from 1986 - I was 16 years old at the time):

I believe that in order to "cross over," or move on to Valhalla or Heaven or whatever you want to call it, you have to reach something like "Perfect Karma." You are reincarnated over and over and over again, until you have learned all of the lessons...Until you have done the very best you can do. Then, your karma is clean and pure, and when you die your soul is finally at peace...Sometimes I feel that this will be my last life here on earth. I don't know why I feel this way? I'm far from perfect! I make mistakes all of the time! But, I've had dreams and this feeling - like I am so very old, and like I have been here and done all of this, for so long. Grandpa tells me that I have an "old soul," and that's how I feel. I am young but I feel 1000 years old, sometimes! It's crazy.

Is this true? Only time will tell; like most people, I do my best...
